High Throughput Sequencing
To meet the needs of high volume sequencing projects, Cogenics offers a high throughput sequencing service tailored to 96- or 384-well microplate platforms. As part of the high throughput service, Cogenics will conduct high throughput DNA isolation and purification if required.

Samples
Clients are required to submit 96- or 384-well plates of purified plasmid DNA, purified or unpurified PCR amplicons, or bacterial cells. Alternatively, Cogenics can provide plating, picking and arraying of a transformed library for subsequent sequencing.

Results
Final Reports include raw sequence text and trace data files.
