Express Sequencing
For customers requiring the shortest possible turnaround time for samples small enough to be sequenced in a single reaction, Cogenics offers an Express Sequencing service. Provided that customer samples reach Cogenics by 10:30 am CST, sequencing data can be delivered within 24 hours of sample receipt.

Samples
Clients submit purified plasmid DNA or PCR products in tubes or 96-well plates. 500 ng of DNA at 50 ng/ul is required per reaction. Clients not using Cogenics’ standard vector primers must also supply their own primers.

Value-Added Option
Some customers prefer that Cogenics prepare DNA samples or design and synthesize custom primers for them. For these clients, Cogenics offers an optional DNA preparation service (working from customer supplied glycerol stocks or agar stabs) and a primer design and synthesis service.
