Custom Microarray Services
At Cogenics, we have developed a wealth of experience processing the leading commercial microarrays, including Affymetrix GeneChip® Arrays and Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide microarrays, for more than fifteen species. We also have extensive know-how designing custom arrays, having developed for and co-developed with Agilent many of their catalog microarrays. We leverage these strengths to design novel microarrays with customized, proprietary content for our clients.

Custom microarrays can be designed on either the Affymetrix GeneChip® or Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide platform. We offer Affymetrix CustomExpress® or NimbleExpress® microarray designs. Working with our clients, Cogenics can mix and match content from commercially available GeneChip® microarrays, or design custom probes to create arrays featuring unique target sequences.

Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide custom arrays are manufactured using the same process as Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide catalog microarrays. Cogenics assists customers in designing unique Agilent 60-mer oligonucleotide arrays, helping specify the exact length, sequence and location of each DNA segment.
